Stosh and I (Kelly) both work full-time jobs thru the week and our kolache shoppe is our labor of love on evenings and weekends!

Stosh has baked kolaches for our family and friends for the past 40 years and everyone has always told him he should sell them! Well you know how life goes... 3 kids, college, family/parents. Then between the years of 2018-2020 Stosh and I lost 2 brothers each ~ Dave, Bob, Joe and Tommy. Being people of faith, we trust God's plan!

We stopped and asked ourselves “what are we doing? Life is short and we should be doing what we love" So began our journey with "Stosh's Kolaches" behind Audrey's Deli at the corner of Standish and State Road in Parma, OH on 04/08/22

We have been blessed each Saturday since opening and have increased our dough count to meet the demand. With our current situation we are at our max of 130 pounds of dough prepped for Saturday's sale which is approximately 4,000 kolaches
